Training

After 10 years of sending myself into prison and accusing myself of being guilty for everything, this time is now over. I will be getting out in a few days. Don't know what to do first then. Maybe i have forgotten that i can do domething. I will try.
Even maybe i don't know what to do. But life will tell me.
I have trained all kinds of Luftanhalting in the meantime. I will see if that will really help me. But it's something i can do really well.

    Pola@ Pola ach so meinst du das. Ja, da muss ich noch mal nachdenken. Ich weiss auch nicht. Pola, du bringst mich ganz durcheinander. Bald weiss ich gar nix mehr. Na ja, aber so weit ist es ja noch nicht. Immerhin kann ich noch schreiben. Das ist ja auch was, ne!
