Jim Heidorn

I began taking photos while in junior high school with a Pentax K1000. I learned the basics and eventually took photography in high school. After high school, I got a Pentax Program Plus, where I put it to heavy use while stationed overseas in the military.

I love the fact that with film and now digital, you can capture a moment in time and freeze it there for years to come for others to see.

Taking pictures for me is a very relaxing hobby now, and I take my camera everywhere. I am now using a Digital Rebel XT, and have been pleased with its performance.
