Die Zwergseeschwalbe (Sternula albifrons), hier adult Prachtkleid, ist vom Aussterben bedroht.
Die letzte große Kolonie bei uns erlosch um 1910 in Brandenburg an der Havel.
Sie befindet sich in der roten Liste, Kategorie 1.
