i finde this photo siple very good.i think the most important think is the contest of the photo and not little details like is i realy sharp or not.

well ... this is a good shot for starters, but you see yourself that the snail is not completely sharp ...the match could be a little bit cut off on the right side (which also would drag the main motif out of the center).
BUT: you had a good idea to tell about the snail's size by adding the match ... without it nobody would have realized how tiny she is in reality ... :-)
