    I can't tell if its because of a few strong contra votes from experienced phtographers, but it seems to throw off all the voting. Compare this shot to "Balance" which made it to the gallery and I think this one deserves a place also. For that reason Pro.

    I have to say that I'm a sucker for the blured water. I like it. The composition could be better but having said that, I would hang it on my wall therefore: I must vote

    The vote is not about other works in Thomas' Gallery, its about this one, and most things have been said. It has to be exceptional, because there are so many of this type of shot here. Unfortunately it is not exceptional.
