The Unfinished Cathedral
St. John the Divine, NY. The construction started end of 19th century and the project was far-reaching, to make it the biggest in the World. Anyway it is not finished till now and only God knows whether it is going to. It is a majestic and impressive building, worthwhile to see and visit. Taken at dusk with a 15mm wide-angle.

Architekturfotografie ist schon ein Feld für sich und nicht das einfachste. Trotzdem noch recht schön eingefangen und es wirkt sehr imposant. VG, HenryCarina Helmert 22/02/2009 13:07

Ich finde es klasse so wie es ist... schade ist es nur, das man solche Fotos nie ohne Menschen auf den Foto machen kann!lieben Gruß,

hallo fotinos,schön wieder was von dir zu lesen und zu sehen.
das motiv hier macht schwer was her, vielleicht technisch nicht perfekt (leichtes rauschen), aber in der graustufen-tonung sehr wirklungsvoll,
mir gefällt es!
