Mural Art in Vancouver near Clark Drive .... the truck was being loaded there - so I had to make him part of the "picture story".

Murals - a way to brighten up bare walls of buildings and to keep away vandals from doing their ugly graffiti work - Vancouver has many, many, especially on the eastside of town ...

Really interesting,Adele***These paintings in the walls are seen in the old Russia, wall Mexican Painting.and many other places of the world with different message.**

strangely enough, i had similar art associations as leonid: soviet-era paintings, social realism maybe, of the 1930s… something about the "urgency" of the cyclist, the raised arm and fist (?) in the crowd, the cogwheels for a backdrop… great how you managed to include the truck in the picture! in fact, it matches the mural theme (tracks and wheels! ; )) perfectly! my favorited detail: the tracks on the wall and how they seem to continue as shadows on the tarmac of the "real world" ; ))! hugs, sabine.

I think the Truck fits realy well into the picture and does not take anything away from the mural. This one is my favorite!
