Tasiilaq
Tassiilaq is the capital city of East Greenland and one of the biggest of the country (ca. 1.900 inhabitants!).
Its name means "ALMOST LIKE A LAKE" and refers to the nearby fjord, the Kong Oscars Havn, that' has a tiny entrance to the Arctic sea, so that it looks like a big lake.
Iceberg float constantly in the fjord and hardly find a way out.
This is a view of the town from the peak that overlooks directly the Arctic Sea and the Polar Stream
