Schwartzer Apollo, Parnassius mnemosyne
This is a rare one, Extinct many places and you have to go far to photograph it.
I was lucky in Sweden where a small population still thrives.
Scientists mark the specimens and they have counted the population to be about 150 butterflies in 2007.

I am impressed from this fantastic picture.The butterfly is really a rare on. I have never seen
this animal in nature.
