Das Lauterbrunnental im Berner Oberland.
Tal der Wasserfälle und der schier unendlich hohen Felswände. Schon Goethe und Tolkien wurden bei Wanderungen durch das Tal zu ihren Werken inspiriert. So entstand hier die Idee zu "Rivendell", dem Tal wo die Elben wohnen. Und beim Silberhorn, hier links oben im Bild, fand der legendäre epische Kampf zwischen Gandalf und Balrog statt.
