Purple Spring Crocus
The fluorescent colours of the Purple Spring Crocus shine already in full glory.
Together with the Snowdrop, the Crocus is a typical late winter bloomer.
Purple Spring Crocus grows wild in Greece, most of the Balkan countries and North West Turkey.
Dutch name : Bonte paarse krokus
German name : Frühlings-Krokus
Latin name : Crocus vernus var. purpureus grandiflorus
