and a view into the kitchen of this little restaurant ......
.after a long bike ride to Richmond we had lunch in the Parker Place Mall where there is an amazing selection of Asian foods - the choice is difficult, more than 20 little "restaurants" and mostly Chinese, we opted for Taiwanese. Here everything is written in Chinese, only the pictures show what you can order .... we were the only "white" customers in the mall - in Richmond a common occurance :-)))

That wouldn't be for me, Adele.
A Korean friend once invited us to a Chinese restaurant.
When I read "Haifischflossensuppe" outside, we thankfully declined.

  thank you,, Babs .... fortunately the days of shark's fin soup are over ... the ban on harvesting sharps hopefully gets followed....

J'adore les cuisines asiatiques comme vous! Là tu as un choix fantastique de toutes sortes de spécialités chinoises ou autres, tu as choisi la Taiwanaise, ces plats sont délicieux, un régal! Excellente photo très précise, avec tous ces détails écrits en Chinois, et l'excellent positionnement du client et de la vendeuse dans la partie gauche de la photo très bien cadrée! Compliments Adele, tu nous mets l'eau à la bouche! Amitiés et bises! Michèle

Es ist wie bei den Tattoos.
Wenn man sich auf chinesische Schriftzeichen verlässt und ihre wahre Bedeutung nicht kennt.
Da sind Fotos schon leichter zu deuten und danach zu bestellen.
Hoffe es hatte geschmeckt

It is surprising that this restaurant is completely Chinese - in Canada.
The main thing is that you got something to eat, to come back strengthened again with the bike.
At the view of the picture I get hungry and I get desire to order food at the local Chinese.

  ha, ha, I know the old saying - in High German :-)))), thank you, Roland .... my children have been eating Chinese food with chopsticks since the age of 2 .... part of our multi-culture in Vancouver !!!
