Panthéon
Das Panthéon ist die nationale Ruhmeshalle Frankreichs und die Grabstätte berühmter französischer Persönlichkeiten. Als Kirche im Auftrag des Königs Ludwig XV. erbaut, ist das Panthéon seit der Französischen Revolution eine säkulare Grab- und Gedenkstätte. Erst seit 1907 werden auch Frauen im Panthéon beigesetzt, u.a. Marie Curie und Simone Veil.
