out of commission
this is me since last night, fortunately it is the left wrist and hand, but it is still very painful.... again a simple fall walking backwards in the gym - at least the first fall since I started fitness in 1997 ;-)) .... so, writing is difficult, but I will be looking at your pictures, I can't hold my camera now .... and it was hard to take this selfie with the cellphone.

Oh je! ALLES GUTE für Dich! In Norddeutschland sagt man auch "holl Di fuchtich!"Fass Dich in Geduld - nach 2 leichten und einem schwereren Sturz in 2022, weiß ich, dass es dauert...aber "heile, heile Gänschen....." Gute Genesung!

Das ist ja dumm gelaufen. Ich hoffe, dass es bald heilt. Bei älteren Menschen dauert es ja oft ein bisschen länger. Die Erfahrung habe ich selbst schon gemacht. Ich wünsche dir jedenfalls alles Gute und dass du deinen Arm bald wieder benutzen kannst.VG Bernd

Dear Adele, I was hit when seeing this selfie with your injury! Many decades ago when being much younger (yes, in fact in former times I was younger! ;-)) only a few weeks before my wedding, I broke my right hand. Glück im Unglück weil es nicht der rechte Arm ist? Also rückwärts laufen habe ich noch nie probiert Adele und dann noch beim Fitnesstraining. Ich bin kürzlich zweimal gestürzt bei Glatteis, hat aber nur wenige Tage geschmerzt. Ich wünsche Dir schnelle Genesung damit Du bald wieder mit der Kamera unterwegs sein kannst. Yes the gym is also to be treated with caution! For almost 20 years I have torn a muscle in my thigh in the gym. The pain has long gone, but the scar, the knot, has remained.Get a good orthopaedic examination and treat your injuries as much as possible in the initial phase. Dear Adele, I wish you speedy recovery.
