Oolong Tee wird traditionell so getrocknet . . . und in den abgelegenen Ortschaften ist die Luft auch noch Luft - und nicht vergleichbar zum Smog in den Grosstädten ...
Generell kann man sagen, dass - je höher das Anbaugebiet liegt - desto mehr reine Luft bekommt der Tee ab - und desto wertvoller ist er dann auch (sprich: teurer ;-)
