Northern Reflections - 1
a little house across from our anchorage at Fox/Musket Island in the setting sun (not edited) - I have photographed it before, and it looks different throughout the day ... one of my favourite views from our sailing trip.
We are home two weeks early - had to make it back under difficult circumstances because of a broken motor (driveshaft) and in the last 4 days no visibility due to smoke from the fires in the south. Still - many wonderful memories, but glad to be home and healthy ....

magnifique lumière dans cette jolie photo à reflets.On n'est jamais à l'abri d'ennuis de moteur même sur un voilier et te voilà saine et sauve chez toi, loin des incendies : c'est le principal !

Oh yes, I have seem this little island before. It is a pity that you had to cut short your trip which seems to be the highlight of the year for you.Does the orange glow have anything to do with the fires? From Portland I see terrible pictures.
