MONKEY EAGLE
This is a juvenile Monkey Eagle from the Philipines. They are closely related to the bigger and heavier Harpy Eagle from the Amazone and the smaller African variety the Croned Eagle. They all hunt monkeys.
Unfortunately this somewhat lonely youngster will never know the thrill of a chase through the Philipine tropical rainforest.
