What rule is this that prevents someone from proposing an image for the gallery ?! Based on nationality? It will not be long before there will be other laws based on the color of the skin, on religion, or on what other pretexts revealing small and elitist mentalities. How strange and sad.
Thank you so much for your interest. I would have been honored with the proposal even though the odds of bringing the little star were so small. Knowing that you appreciated my work is already a prize for me.

I would have liked to propose this very special and impressive artwork for gallery. Too sad: I can't, because I am not Portuguese. Maybe some kind person will do in my name or by own conviction.Eu teria gostado de propor esta arte muito especial e impressionante para a galeria. Muito triste: Não posso, porque não sou português.
