La Cava Gran
Una de les més grans construccions del País Valencià per emmagatzemar la neu, quan no existien els refrigeradors per fabricar gel.Es troba a la serra de Mariola, a les terres d'Alacant.
One of the greatest constructions in the País Valencià to store the snow, when there were not the refrigerators to make ice. It is in the mountain range of Mariola (Lands of Alacant)

Das ist ja ein sehr interessantes Dokument, gut aufgenommen und dank der Beschreibung auch zu verstehen. Die Landschaft in den Bergen zwischen Alicante und Valencia bietet immer wieder etwas zum Entdecken.Die Gewölbeträger stützen sich noch gegenseitig, obwohl das Dach längst eingestürzt ist. Dafür entsteht ein neues grünes Dach...
