Inside decoration in a private ger (yurt) during our tour in western Mongolia.
“The ger is really special for Mongolians,” says a resident, a Mongolian horseman who lives in the steppe. “I was born in a ger, I grew up in a ger, I got married in a ger. I have never lived in a house. This is my home.”
