Iberian Wolf

The picture was taken in a large wolf park in Southern Spain. This is an Iberian Wolf, and there are appr. 200 wolfs in the wild living in Spain today (mostly in the north-west area).

    Sue: I hope your comment was ironic, because I think these animals are in the other end of "family pets". And this is why I liked this picture because of to me it really looks dangerous and capable of doing pretty bad things to a human.

    There is only one person who can go in to the wolfs. He have done this for a long time, and the wolfs accept him as a lower member of the clan and not the leader. For other people they are very dangerous because they want to protect their area.
