So etwas gehört zu einer Großstadt. Berlin kann,sollte - wie auch in anderen bürgerpolitischen Bereichen - von Helsinki lernen.

Die Finnen haben schon immer eine andere Einstellung für Kälte gehabt - was ist wirklich kalt ? ...:-))))))

  Yes on outside and the water is 28 degrees. There is also the pool without heat, there is only current prevent freeze.
