@ Owen ..... not easy to describe in a few words ....The major thing is that you need to extract the main object, i.e. the dogs & the musher from the original picture (at least the visible part outside of the border)
=> "pulling the object out of its context". If you are "familiar" with extracting in PS than it's good ;-) If not ... than it will be quite difficult ;-(
The next step is up to you .... create a frame according to your taste ..... and skew it like I did with the perspective .... and that's it !!!
