Die Konsumanstalt

In der Gartenstadt Margarethenhöhe steht die um 1912 erbaute Konsumanstalt im Osten des „Kleinen Markt“.
Damals für die Werksangehörigen von Krupp als Lebensmittelladen von Georg Metzendorf erbaut, findet dort heute
ein anderer Lebensmittelmarkt seinen Platz. Auch dieses Gebäude ist ein Beispiel Kruppscher Bauformen in Essen.
