Die Hohenwartetalsperre ist ein Teil der Saale-Kaskade und liegt im Salle-Orla Kreis, über die Staumauer gelangt man auf einer Kurvenreichen Strecke zur Lothramühle, ein Ausflugslokal an der Talsperre und auf der Fahrt dorthin genießt man herrliche Blicke auf die Talsperre
