Mailand diesen Sommer … weit abseits der Mode-Schickimicki-Spots!
Hinter dem Castello Sforzesco liegt der Simplonpark, eine 386.000 m² große städtische Grünanlage. Der Park hat auch einen kleinen See, der neben vielen lästigen (und gefährlichen) koreanischen Stechmücken auch diesen wunderschönen Graureiher beherbergte. Er versteckte sich etwas zwischen den Büschen, aber ich konnte ihn grad noch so ablichten, eh er davonflog …

Behind the Castello Sforzesco is Simplon Park, a 386,000 m² urban green space. The park also has a small lake, which was home to many annoying (and dangerous) Korean mosquitoes, as well as this beautiful grey heron. He was hiding a bit among the bushes, but I just managed to take a picture of him before he flew away ...
