Die Wilden Pferde der Namib
Es hat drei Jahre nicht mehr geregnet und es bestht kein Weide mehr fuer die wilden Pferde die schon fast 100 Jahre dort sind. Auch die Farmer koennen nicht helfen und trockenes Gras dort hin bringn denn sie haben selbst keine Weide mehr fuer ihre Rinder und Schafe. Die Wild Horse Foundation versucht ihr Moeglichstes braucht aber dringend Unterstuetzung um die Pferde zu retten.So viele Mitglieder der FC haben diese Pferde gesehen und auch fotografiert.Bitte bitte helfen Sie.

Als wir im Juli vor Ort waren, sahen die Tiere etwas besser aus. Wir haben in Lüderitz in einen kleinen, aber sehr feinen Geschäft viel Bargeld zum Kauf von Futter gelassen......LG Jürgen

They lead a hard life there. Namibia really is a high and dry country and your photo shows it. Very typical. Fine shot!

Strong documentary shot inducing emotion -and hopfully not only that- proving that nature is not alwways benevolent and plentful to her creatures but as much cruel and resentful as...man! In contrast to this ugly situation,cathy, I have photographed wild horces in my vicinity that were well fed and galloping with plenty of vigour and strength. A joy to watch them!..
Both your pictures are dull but as strong as a documentary shot should be.

Das Bild macht mich unendlich traurig. Und auch, dass ich zur Rettung dieser Tiere nichts beitragen kann! Wenn der Klimawandel noch weiter fortschreitet steht die Welt vor der ultimativen Katastrophe!
