Art or Photography?
This is in response to a question I was asked on Photoshop. I see it as both.

I think you answered your own question by the choice of channel you put it in... Digiart!!I started off hand printing.. so I believed that anything you can do during the process of wet printing is photography.... & everything else is Art.. now I believe anything done in Photoshop is creative photography!!
