It wasn't until I was able to get an SLR camera that I discovered the power and creativity that could be expressed in the photos. I learned photography from reading books, magazines and other articles. Using the tips and techniques, I was able to practice with my film camera. Many pictures, many rolls of film.
Now in the digital age, results are immediate and the materials to learn about photography are all around us. From print to the internet, reference material is everywhere.
