Im UK sind Rotmilan noch zu sehen nach intensive schutz. Leider fliegen die fast immer und nicht so nah....hier habe ich 50D, 300mm und 2x converter....heisst ugf 900mm+.... :-|

Hey Ingolf,

Had t o crop a little as one wing was not completely in frame, looked strange just one. Dont see so many here near Munich.

@Shake and Aaron, ich finde die 300 f2.8 L IS mit 1.4 oder 2x converter absolut hammer scharf - auch ohne "stop-down"...teuer aber unglaublich!

Very, very great picture!
Only pity, that the wings are not completely on the phote, but never mind, the view of the kite direct to us is very special!!!
