The Beach
This Rock is called " Dyrhólaey " and is located on the Southern coast of Iceland. Very beutyfull beach and nature in this area.
Taken with Canon 5D and 17-40L with Polarizer filter.

I can't, but maybe somebody here has some proposal for gallery left? The b/w composition, the scenery and the contrast between the unsharp moving water against the absolutely sharp beach ... should be worth a star. (Btw: I'm not paid for that :D)Chudoto 26/08/2009 11:17

Wonderful captured movement literally sweeps into the viewer's eyes. That movement makes this image and sets it apart from yet another seascape. Tones are rich and varied. Crisp details of the sand contrast beautifully with the flow of the sea.Great job.
