Receicling Garden Design- Women @ work

Nine women in the village Al Walajeh in Palestine decided to desin their gardens with receicling materials. The gardens are important for the families due the fcat, that the village will be closed by the Israeli separation wall soon. The villagers call Al Walajeh "Litte Gaza". Al Walajeh once was a village at another place but in 1948 the inhabitants where expelled from the Israeli paramilitary group Hagaga. Still the occupation and land grap continues in the village. It´s touch to live in Al Walajeh, but the nine women don´t want to be seen as victims- they want to change their situation with being independent through their gardens when the wall will be closed. They want to stay in their village and life in dignity. The next project of the group is to build toy furnitures for the local kindergarden, the children have to play outside the women decided and they want to make it become reality. In a next step they want to educate other women from other villages in receicling furnitures and the ladies want to make a film.
