Le pointu

This fisherboats with their iconic paintings, named "pointu" were originally built by wharfts from Lliguria and Napoli already in the 19th century and have spread cross borders throughout the mediterranian coastal fishery. Their typical so called latin-sail remembers in arabian influences from former times. In the year 1913 the famous 5 HP 1 Cylinder "Baldwin Y1" was the first engine installed.
