Himalayan Landscape 2
From the Himalayan Monsoon Series: another taken from the rooftop of my house in Pulchok, Jamshekhel, Lalitpur, NEPAL.
Taken with a Nikon D300, AF-S Nikkor 18-200 mm lens, using a Manfrotto tripod. This is the result of 9 photos (from EV -4 to EV +4, in 1 EV stops) after using Photomatix Pro.
What you see are some of the smaller Himalayas ringing the Kathmandu Valley, with the ancient (15th century) village of Chobar in the lower left.
