Da mir ein + oder - einfach zu flach ist und weder der Fotograf noch der interessierte Leser daraus Rückschlüsse ziehen kann, probier ich es mal so.

Bildqualität: gut
Technische Ausführung: gut gemacht - auch mit den Schatten, schöne Tiefenwirkung
Neuartigkeit/Einzigartigkeit. keine Bewertung
informativ: keine Bewertung
originell/innovativ: der Turm passt irgenwie nicht
emotionale Wirkung: ansprechend
Insgesamt ein gut ausgearbeitetes Bild, das mich angesprochen hat. Zu schade für ein Contra. Deswegen von mir ein PRO.
