The composition had promise, with the exception of that branch. The swirling branches at the top snag the eye and lead it gently around the image on the right margin, but that branch brusquely grabs the viewer's eye and jettisons it right off the left margin. Perhaps a few step to the right would have helped gel the components to keep the eye firmly in the image. The exposure, water textures, crunch of the snow and control of the whites is very well done.

Colors on the top are wonderful. It seems I can feel freshness of a frosty day :)

This photo has alot of potential but will need to be cropped. The 'pipe'/log in the bottom leading off to the left needs to come out. the colours in the top half of the photo are stunning and need to be made better use of. the heavy branch and reflection should be your focal point. have a play and see what cropping will suit the photo best.
