enjoying the perfect balance and serenity of this image, one finds it hard to imagine that fall is also the season of the great storms… here it shows us its most temperate and kind face – absolutely beautiful! and very relaxing for my storm-beaten city slicker's eyes ; ) – so much wind lately up here in the north… my favorite details: the pavilion, and how it blends in with the roundish shapes of the sunkissed autumn trees, the reflections of course, and that white "streak" in the distance, where the leftover morning (?) mist is evaporating into the crisp air! the vast baby-blue sky alive with dainty clouds is also great! compared to the leisurely, "drifting" stagnation on the ground it seems very dynamic! greetings, sabine.
