The swastika can be seen on the chest of Lord Buddha's statue, the symbol means "well-being".
The symbol has been used by virtually every culture at one point in time. It is still used by the Buddhists to this very day. It is a sign of peace, harmony and wellbeing.

In the Western world the swastika is synonymous with fascism, but it goes back thousands of years and has been used as a symbol of good fortune in almost every culture in the world.
The sign should never be associated with the symbol of the despicable Nazi government.
