almost 19th century
Walking in the park, I saw a man dressed in a 19th cent. fashion. I followed him in attempt to make his portrait and soon saw him standing at the edge of a steep. Warm rain had just stopped and the silence and smell of wet leaves on the trees inspired me to make this picture.
