Zip Car Fuel ???
I found this new mural on my walk to Vancouver's Chinatown - it shows a complete bottle with a polar bear inside, but all was blocked by cars ... then I noticed the zip car (one of Vancouver's rental car outfits) conveniently parked under the straw as if getting fuel from it - well, my view anyway :-)))
Will check again sometime to get the bear into the image.
