Wilde Möhre

Die in Mitteleuropa heimische Wilde Möhre (Daucus carota subsp. carota) ist ein Elternteil der Gartenmöhre oder Karotte und blüht von Juni bis Oktober. Zur Fruchtzeit zieht sich die flache Dolde wie ein Vogelnest zusammen. In der Mitte der Blütendolde befindet sich die typische einzelne rote Mohrenblüte (auch: -Scheininsekt-).
