Siberian Iris
The graceful flowering Siberian iris with its rich purple blooms is originally native to eastern & central Europe and northern Asia.
The natural habitat of the Siberian iris consists of boggy areas and pond or river shores.
A tiger print in the calyx of the flower is very typical for this species and makes it extra showy.

German name : Sibirische Schwertlilie
Latin name : Iris sibirica
