OK my friends, I’ve just returned from a so-called raduno fotografico e gastronomico in Piemonte (Italy). I’d say the correct order is vice versa. I don’t dare stepping on the balance in our bathroom; I fear the needle will wind up.For instance, this picture, we’ve made the first evening before the event officially started. Ivano and me went to a restaurant nearby. We asked the beautiful waitress for a menu gastronomica surprise. And I’ve told her that I do not like sheep and the black spaghetti ( alla sepia) on the menu, the rest is OK, they shall just serve us whatever they want, each course with the matching wine. Maybe she misunderstood, as my Italian is not so good ( which the participants of the raduno can certainly confirm). As a matter of fact we do not remember how many courses we really had… Probably 4 antipasti freddi two antipasti caldi, maybe two first dishes and about two or three main main courses plus some sweets. Never mind. It was excellent. Un sogno( a dream) and the price we’ve paid for it was ridiculous. And the chef was really a nice guy and the waitress after every glas of wine more beautiful....
