wow, you are a nomad and really getting around! ; ) love this archetypal motif of a rudimentary home – not sure, whether it's really a tipi or just an arrangement for a fire but it does trigger archaic thoughts of homecoming, the hearth, the tribe around the fire… i like the wistful mood prevailing this monochrome world! fascinating, how the fork-like tip of the tipi seems to be piercing and perforating the sky! greetings, sabine.André Reinders 06/11/2013 22:03

Melancholia (Lars von Trier) , the final scene, do you remember?People waiting in the wooden shelter ( sort of a teepee) for the destruction of the Earth, watching the planet Melancholia looming larger and larger until it hits them with its disastrous force. This is what I thought about the moment I saw your picture:) I hope the refugees in YOUR shelter were more lucky:)
