Der Perlmuttfalter gehört zur Familie der Edelfalter und ist am ehesten in Waldnähe und auf Waldwegen anzutreffen.
Diesen habe ich auf ungefähr 1600m Höhe aufgenommen.

Für aglaja ist dieses Tier viel zu dunkel und die Flügel proportional zu klein. Das dürfte was wesentlich "besseres" sein, vielleicht der Alpen-Perlmutterfalter Boloria thore.
